13 GHz Microwave frequency doubler.  Usable at 10GHz Amateur Freqs?

This is a frequency "doubler" good to 13 GHz.  "Might" be able to be used as a multiplier to get to 10GHz Amateur frequencies - no guarantees and not tested for those frequencies.  Pulled from a working California Microwave point to point communications platform used in Television ENG (Electronic News Gathering)
