Item is in fair/poor/used condition.  Some scratches and rubs.  Decals added.  Windshield is cracked.  Posts are not cracked.  Rear axle and tires replaced with the larger ones.  Wheel wells are carved out.  Ran poorly when tested... needs lube.  Tires are hard and need replacing.  Item will be shipped with the screws taken out to prevent damage to posts.
