    Description

Up for your consideration is one of several older Water Pitchers produced by Fenton Glass. I hope you will check out our other listings to view the other pitchers we have up all on separate auctions. This is a French Opalescent, White, Drapery Patterned, 70 oz. Pitcher /Jug. This piece is not marked, as it was produced in the 1920's and 30's, long before Fenton started marking their pieces. This pitcher is free of any damage. It is shown in Fenton Glass The First Twenty-Five Years page 103. I find no nicks, chips, cracks, fractures, repairs, or discolorations. There are a few tiny inclusions and a bubble within the glass which is typical for glass this age. The handle is done in the Clear transparent glass, smooth, and is free of any fractures or heat checks as well. This pitcher stands 9 1/2" tall, is 4" wide at the bottom and 7" wide (side to side) at the top opening. The overall body is about 5-3/4" wide at the widest point.
