    This product is a bag of paint chips that can be used in many sorts of decorations: most commonly floors, tabletops, & other flat surfaces.
    Can be used in other crafts where large flakes are more desirable than specs like glitter.
    This product is
    UV REACTIVE
    so it FLUORESCES under a Black Light only,  it does NOT glow in the dark. (See pictures for standard lighting vs. under UV.)
    Please remember to use a clear top coat (or semi-clear like poly eurythane) to cover the chips. This will adhere them to the surface as well as keep them from flaking when the surface is being used.
    WILL NEED MORE THAN 1 COAT.
