I offer you a harmonic mixer module designed to extend the range of spectrum analyzers and frequency meters.
The module uses a heterodyne signal of many times lower frequency, the simultaneous duplication and mixing of which occurs in a diode built into the waveguide.
The device can also be used as a precise power detector.
A thin layer of dielectric is applied to the waveguide flange.
The fastening bolts also pass through the insulating sleeves.
Thanks to this, it is possible to work with diode polarization.
The subassembly was made for military equipment and is of very high quality.
The waveguide inside is gold plated.
