    Description

This is an auction for an original Aurora TJET  -White Color PONTIAC FIREBIRD Slot Car Body in HO Scale. This body comes to you in excellent never used condition. This is part of a unique find from a 50+ year old hobby store that recently went out of business. This is the BODY ONLY,  there is no windows, or front grill or back bumper or chassis included. The wheel wells are not cut and there are no cracks or breaks to the body.  Windshield posts also look to be straight. Please see our pictures for complete details. Shipping for this body will be in the United States or  for international locations.
***Here is the History of these bodies. These came out of an old Hobby store called Dave's hobbies in Freeport, Long Island. The owner was in the hobby business for 50+ years. He had a very close relationship with a number of the salesmen at Aurora. Over the course of his years in business, his friends and contacts at Aurora provided him with many different "salesmen samples" and production overruns that they had available. All the Aurora bodies that I have are 100% original Aurora stock that was produced and never used. All of these ended up in storage at Dave's hobby store and when we bought it out and cleaned it out a few years ago we found them.***
