Port 1 is the input, port 2 is the through put, port 3 is the coupled port and port 4 is the isolation (waste) port which is why there is a termination load installed on port 4.     This item was removed from a Ku-band, Ka-Band and C-band satellite tracking station. It has been inspected and refurbished. It was working fine prior to removal.
